Julia Tolson has specialised in family law for 17 years.

Julia’s main focus is to provide clear legal advice and support when marriages or partnerships breakdown. She deals personally with all her clients in a friendly and professional manner. Julia has a firm but sensitive approach and provides a flexible and efficient service at reasonable rates.

Having been a member of Resolution throughout her family law practice, Julia remains committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes. In the vast majority of cases agreements are reached by negotiation; this may be achieved through correspondence or ‘round table’ meetings. Julia is a trained Collaborative Family Lawyer and also provides court representation when required. Julia has a holistic approach and works in close partnership with other trusted professionals to resolve problems to enable people to move forward. Julia’s overall aim is to help her client’s to find solutions.
